An informational session on humanitarian visas and self-petitions for survivors. I'll explain who qualifies and how the application process works. Bilingual, open to the community.
About this workshop
Survivors of certain crimes and abuse may qualify for immigration protections that don’t require a family or employer sponsor. U-Visa, T-Visa, and VAWA self-petitions exist precisely because the law recognizes how hard those situations can be.
If you’ve been harmed and aren’t sure what’s possible, this workshop is a confidential first step. You’ll learn how each option works and what kind of documentation matters. No one is required to share their story.
