About this workshop

A court date can feel overwhelming. The procedures, the language, the stakes: none of it is intuitive, and there’s no playbook handed out at the door.

This workshop gives you a plain-language map of what happens at an immigration court hearing, what your rights are, and how to prepare so you arrive feeling clear about the process. We’ll talk through common case types and the realistic timeline ahead.

What you'll learn

  • Current updates in immigration court
  • Relief and programs available
  • Voluntary departure
  • Court timelines
