Petition & Adjustment of Status | Workshop
Learn how family petitions and adjustment of status work. We'll cover who qualifies, how long it takes, and what to expect at each step. Bilingual, open to the community.
About this workshop
Family-based immigration is the most common path to a green card. If you have a U.S. citizen or permanent resident spouse, parent, or adult child, you may be eligible to apply.
This workshop walks through who can petition for whom, how long each category takes, and the difference between adjusting status here versus consular processing abroad. Bring your specific situation and we’ll talk through your options.
